1. PAYMENT
• Full payment is required before I start working.
• Payments are non-refundable once the commission has begun.2. COMMISSION PROCESS
Please provide:
• Character references
• Outfit references
• Pose references
• Expression references
• Background references (if any)A clear description of your request will help me achieve the best result.3. REVISIONS
• Up to 3 revisions are included.
• Major revisions (pose, composition, character changes, or concept changes) are only accepted during the sketch stage.
• Any major changes after sketch approval may incur additional charges.
• Minor revisions (small color adjustments or facial expressions) are available during the rendering stage.4. TURNAROUND TIME
• Estimated completion: 1–8 weeks
Depending on queue, complexity, and personal schedule.5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
The artist retains the copyright of all commissioned artwork.
• Clients may:
✔ Use the artwork for personal purposes
✔ Print it for personal use
✔ Upload it to social media with proper credit
✔ Claim ownership of their original character (not the artwork)• Clients may not:
✘ Use personal commissions for commercial purposes
✘ Edit or modify the artwork without permission
✘ Remove the artist's watermark
✘ Use the artwork for AI training or NFT-related purposes.6. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial usage is available for an additional fee.This includes, but is not limited to:

• Novel Promotion
• Merchandise
• Advertising
• BrandingCommercial licenses will be discussed before payment.• Credit for Published Works:
For commercial projects such as book covers or promotional illustrations, the client agrees to credit the artist whenever reasonably possible (e.g., in the book credits, copyright page, or promotional posts).7. PORTFOLIO
• I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
• If your project has not been published yet, please let me know in advance.8. GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am unable or uncomfortable to complete.
• I only work in my own art style and will not imitate another artist's style.
• Final files will be delivered via Google Drive or email.
